AFTER- an immersive performance encounter for one person at a time. 

In the cult genre of science fiction, abduction is a key obsession. Seminal performance-maker Phillip Adams invites you to disappear in a universe of cinematic imagination. A port hole to the future and alien transformation, this is a landing site of tomorrow, a spatial oddity.

A stark physical and architectural transformation that creates a platform for surrender, escapism and through referencing the Hollywood machine, seeks to provoke behaviours and question beliefs.

You will be alone, with the artist. Your own time.

AFTER premiered at Proximity Festival in Perth in October 2015.

AFTER made its Melbourne debut in the 2016 Midsumma Festival from Wednesday 20 January at the CBD gallery, Sarah Scout Presents.
